S/C/G: i was 70kgs i am now 64kgs

Ladies i just used the site that was recommended on this thread by indieblue (thankyou for this! )

to cut up and weigh some chicken so its 1 ounce which is the daily recommended allowance......and im shocked! its like just two mouthfuls!! how am i supposed to live on that?

Have i gone wrong somewhere or is this correct?
