Summer is a time to get dressed up or dress in less, and just to feel sexy. From graduation parties to vacations, high school reunions, and weddings there are numerous events where we can appreciate our hard work whether we have been losing weight for years or just started this week. When is that special event this summer that you look forward to feeling great about yourself?

Personally, I am looking forward to my cruise in the end of August. I anticipate walking around in a new bathing suit feeling sexy and loving my new body. I often close my eyes and think about how it will feel.

I can't wait until football season. My inlaws bought me a Raven's jersey for Christmas last year, but it's a little too tight. I can't wait until I can wear it comfortably. I mean as long as there is a football season this year.
