I use Carnation Instant breakfast Blended with 1 cup of nonfat milk and a banana or fresh strawberries.
As an alternative I use Carnation Instant Breakfast blended wit Almond Breeze with fruit if I have any on hand.

My favorite smoothie is a simple one:

1/4 cup of greek yogurt
1/4 cup skim milk
6 strawberries
1/2 a banana
several ice cubes

blend til yummy!!!!

You CAN have ANYTHING you want,
but you CAN'T have EVERYTHING you want!
