So the last couple of days, I've been wanting more food than usual and thinking about food, where I'm normally fine and get on with my day, and having had my weekly weigh-in today at my weekly group meet, I'd put on 0.05 of a kilo. I've been good all week, working out or exercising somehow pretty much every day, and sticking to my 1600 calorie limit (or even slightly under) apart from having some extra bread and a piece of apple strudel on Friday. :x
After being confused and down all day about why I haven't lost any this week (I always look forward to typing in a new number for my 3FC ticker every week
) I wondered.. can this be down to my period being due? I always feel the urge to snack my face off around that time of the month, and I was thinking the weight might be water-retention.
Am I making a mountain of a molehill? This has put me off-kilter all day. :/ Maybe that's another sign I'm due on - the blues!!
