Thanks guys, I too had a terrible weekend for food choices but I'm gona continue on my 2nd week of my diet right now and gain back control! No point in feeling too guilty about it, I'll just try harder next weekend!
I had a terrible carb meal on Friday night. I woke up this morning and I'm a few ounces down anyway and that was after not seeing a loss of any kind the past few days prior. I think that was my body's way of saying, "Thanks, I needed that! Now here is your reward.". LOL An eating shock to the system can sometimes be a good thing every ONCE in a while!
1/4/15: Restarting my journey exactly 4 years from when I first started in January 2011. Reached my goal weight in 2012 and regained half of it back.
