Well, I have been at this low/ moderate carb way of eating for almost two months now, although not without some difficulties and a few minor set backs along the way. I finally got weighed today, and I am down a few pounds. I am pleased, and I think I can go on and lose all the weight this time around God willing of course. I encourage anyone who is having a hard time, or struggling like most of us are, to never give up. I gave up in the past after I would have a "bad day" or even a "bad week" but that is not the way to be. Keep going, never give up! I appreciate reading and learning from people here, many of my questions have been answered just by me reading this forum.

Congrats on your success thus far! It's great hearing when someone has found a way of eating or exercising that really is working for them. No more giving up when a bad choice is made, just back on track immediately and always forward. Good for you! And keep it up!
