It's time for the 3FC general weigh in thread. Everyone is welcome to join, just jump in whenever your official weigh in day rolls around. Good luck, everyone!
117.5lbs, down 3 pounds from last week. (For the record, I don't normally drop that much weight in a week. Last couple of weeks I was eating a lot of chocolate and candy from Easter, and I FINALLY put an end to that!)
175.0 down 1.8 lbs from last week. Which means I lost all the weight I gained while on vacation.
6lbs till I reach the first of my mini goals which would be to weight 169 lbs (which will tip me out of the overweight category and into the normal category).
10 lbs till I reach my second mini goal of being down to 165lbs. ( I like to set mini goals of 5 and 10 lbs at a time as well as inches lost around hips and waist).
148. Don't even know if that is a gain or loss...well actually it has to be a loss because i haven't gone below 148 yet (this time around). I hope to get to my goal of 147.5, and more importantly stay there, in the following week!
My body sucks in that it barely loses weight for two weeks and then loses gang busters (if I've earned them all month long) the second 2 weeks (post ovulation to TTOM). So, this week I lost 5 pounds and 9 ounces as TA DA! I'm post ovulation now and losing/lost my pre-ovulation bloat!
134. down 3 ibs from last saturday, some of that's water weight though since I finally handed in the last of my work before I graduate and I was very stressed out about it. Just gotta get through exams and I wouldn't be surprised if my weight fluctuates over the next few weeks.
