What's the Highest Weight & Lowest Weight You've Been Since Hitting Adulthood?
Was just thinking back on how "yo-yo" I've always been. The lightest weight I remember being was in highschool at 105 lbs (at age 18). I was in cross country, so it was easy to stay in shape.
Fast forward to my 20's, I got up to 250! Holy Canoly! All in a span of 7 years. That was an avg of 21 lbs gained each year.
How about you all?

Highest weight - 364 (hit 300 at the age of 14 - 364 was somewhere around 24, after I graduated college and bought my first car)
Lowest weight - 201/202 (I've hit it a couple times in the last couple years but have never been there for an extended period of time)

Lowest weight: 107, trying for 105; shortly thereafter diagnosed with anorexia
Highest weight: I don't know, because I avoided the scale, but maybe 257

Was never normal weight, but became progessively more and more obese through college and my first year after college. I was around 215 at age 22/23.
Lowest weight before now: 158, Spring of 2003, while doing South Beach (which didn't work for me long-term).
This morning's weigh-in was 116.2, the lowest I've been since elementary school. I'm essentially maintaining now.

Highest 220.2, just 2 short months ago.
Lowest 130ish, maybe in college. 135 at one point post college.
If you look at those numbers its a 6 lb per year gain. But if you consider the yo-yos and the several times I lost weight in that time frame, it shoots up to almost 15 lbs per year. Yikes! And I remember my mom complaining that she gained 10 lbs per decade. I guess she's not doing too bad!

My highest known weight was 225 lbs. after having my last child. My lowest known weight was 165 when I first got pregnant with my first. I honestly don't know what my weight was before getting pregnant b/c I never weighed.

The lowest weight I ever remember being as an "adult" at the age of 18 was I think right around 165. My highest was 274. I gained 30 pounds my sophomore year of college, lost 25 before my junior year, gained 40 my senior year, another 10 when I was in grad school, and gained another 50 when I started working in the real world. It was head-spinning.
