Thanks for all the responses ladies! Have you all ever asked yourself what you feel caused the weight gain? I still do. Even though I know the answer. D-E-P-R-E-S-S-I-O-N, and a crap job.

Since hitting adult.... hmmm.... So does "adult" mean since age "21"? Are we adults at 21? Or does it mean when we finally graduated college, got out on our own, got a job & started paying bills?

Lowest: 126
Highest: 192

I've yo-yo'd between those numbers... 136, 147, 132, 152, 128, 144, 160, 138, 150, 175....192.... ACK!!!!!!

I was at my best physical appearance & health at age 20-24 years old. I had a total "body" disorder thru-out jr hi & hi-school and was way too thin because of it. (Usually kept around 103-110 during hi-school, but graduated at 121 and then 3 months later I was 92 lbs!!! ....Diet pills, laxatives, very little food... and VERY unhealthy but I just didn't know it!!)

I began lifting weights in college. Gained up to 115 lbs & it was muscle weight. I lifeguarded during the summers, so I swam. A LOT. With the weight lifting, swimming, and hiking/biking I did with my boyfriend, I was in the best shape of my life - even tho I ate like any typical college student (pizza, Taco-Bell, ravioli, McDonald's, etc.)

After college, getting married, getting a job, no more eating out, no more "free gym" -basically it's called "settling down" ... my lowest adult weight was 126. That's what I weighed when I married my husband.

My highest adult weight happened in 2007. Stepped on the scale to see 192. Seeing that on the scale... knowing I was only 8 pounds from 200... goddess almighty!- MADE ME CRY.

Now I'm 170-ish. (I keep fluctuating between 170 & 175!) I no longer cry. Now I'm just generally pi$$ed off. Because everything I've ever done in the past to get the pounds off NO.LONGER.WORKS. It's like my body just acclimated to the things I've done to force off the fat, and now it's just being stubborn. Ack.

I'm not sure of my weight so I'll go by pant size. At 17 I wore a size 18 and now at 24 I wear a size 26. Currently at my highest weight of 322

Lowest: Around 130 when I entered college at 18 (in 1989 - ugh)
Highest: 230 in spring of 2008

In 1994, when I lived overseas and was happier, walking a lot, going out clubbing all the time...I got down to low 150's
In 1999, I went from 196 to 160 -- so that was the thinnest I got while trying to lose weight
