Friday I weighed 134, that night I got home and my 7 day fast loss kit had came in the mail. I started it on saturday. Today is monday and I got on the scale this morning and weigh 131! thats 3 pounds over the weekend!!! Yayyyy!!(:

You can get it at GNC your suppose to lose 7-12lb in a week if you do it correctly and its a one week diet.

Sweety....... sigh...... its all water weight...... it will come back right afterwards.. those types of products (like from GNC) are more geared towards if you are peaking for something (an event you need to look great at, a bodybuilding contest, etc)
thats not to say you cant keep the momentum going and start hitting a hardcore deficit to lose fat.....
