Eating healthy. Exercising. It's all about being healthy! Weight loss is a nice little side effect that comes with a healthy lifestyle : ) If you eat healthier and exercise JUST for weight loss, once you reach your goal, you will often find yourself gaining the weight. Why? Just because you are now at a healthy weight, it doesn't mean you should stop eating healthy or exercising on a regular basis. You still need to fuel your body with beneficial nutrients, and I think it's important to create a healthy "relationship" with food.
