Over a month ago, I decided I wanted pork rinds and beef jerky. Both are salty, but darn it, they fit low carb, so I had them. Combined with the timing for TOM, I gained 12 lbs in 48 hours.
It was just water, but I'd never been that miserable before in my life...and it was completely my fault.
Normal TOM w/o increased salt intake, I can expect a 5-6 lb gain.
