I have been reading Bob Greene's books (Oprah's Trainer) and what he says he really makesd alot of sense. He has made me realize the scale is not always the best indicator of success and he really gives lots of tips, recipes, etc that for me have been helping tremendously. I thought I would let others know... he has a lot of books out, i'm currently reading 3. He really makes you understand how weight loss works. Just thought i'd share
