Height: 5ft 4 (on a good day!)

Default Bob Greene Makes ALOT of Sense

I have been reading Bob Greene's books (Oprah's Trainer) and what he says he really makesd alot of sense. He has made me realize the scale is not always the best indicator of success and he really gives lots of tips, recipes, etc that for me have been helping tremendously. I thought I would let others know... he has a lot of books out, i'm currently reading 3. He really makes you understand how weight loss works. Just thought i'd share

Starting Point 238.5 lbs, Size 18/20 (2/20/11)
Size 12 Jeans (accomplished 10/28/11)
Size 10 Jeans (accomplished 12/23/11)
Next Goal: Size 8 Jeans (Valentine's Day)

I read one of Bob Greene's book a long time ago and I thought his advice was great. It seems he advocates a real healthy lifestyle rather than a diet.
