Since i started my journey i began walking then running; but last week we had (here in New Jersey) 3 days of raining and snow. I was so worried about my exercise and then I found in youtube five videos of tae bo they last 50 minutes altogether and i decided to do it... it was amazing!!!!... i lost 2 pounds this week and i'm so excited because for me to lose 2 pounds is almost imposible.... so girls you can see there are many things you can do even when you are stuck at home, that will contribute to weight loss....

I have my arsenal of dvds in case of bad weather and for throughout the winter. I hate the gym, so I pretty much have a dvd library now I'm glad you found something fun (and free) to keep up with your workout routine! It's so easy to just sit inside and do nothing when the weather is bad, so way to go!
Good job with the exercise videos. People like to act like exercise videos aren't real exercise but those are the people who don't use them. They can be a lot of fun and can walk you through a very good work out. I own 6 and have exercisetv on demand. Don't know what I would do without them.

Aerobics and video exercises are very good to lose weight. I personally hate the gym... I prefer to go for a walk and run a little bit in the afternoon, for at least one hour.... and also, it's free
