After I lost 10 pounds, I first noticed the weight loss in my face, hands, wrists and feet. My shoes started to get loose and roomy.
So far I have lost most of my weight in my legs and arms.
After I lost 15 pounds I started to get a lot more energy and stamina.
I think I felt it, more than I could see it. It always seem to feel it first, I did go down 1 pant size, I feel it usually in my clothes. The highest known weight for me that I had written down was 256 so if that the highest I suppose its about 20lbs then.
