I love this b/c I weigh everyday and lose track of how much I am losing. I missed last weeks but 2 weeks ago I was 196.

Today I am 194. I am grateful for that b/c I have been struggling this week. The scale has been all over the place- but I believe that is a real number right there!

138.7 today! i'm happy with that..i been flip flopping between 138-140 for the last month! down 1lb from last week...i'm hoping to keep it at 138 and going down more

149.2...up .4 from last Friday. I've been bouncing around the high 140's for a week or two now. Oh well! I've been OP, so things will move eventually!
