My before and After
 

Please look at my before and after pics. I want to know if you all see a difference. I put the same outfit on.

I have been eating healthy and exercizing.
I have only lost a few lbs so its ok if you dont notice a difference

I notice your face looks a little thinner, and perhaps your midsection too. But I like your smile on the first picture better, the second picture you don't look too happy!! :) Good job so far though, keep going!

I agree with Liz. The first picture you are in a nice pose, outside and look happy. Second picture you are slumping, just standing in the room to get the picture taking over with. So, you look 'better' in the first photo.

But your face looks thinner in the second photo - I always see my weight loss in the face first too.

Hard to tell since you look like you want to die in the second one. But it doesn't look like you've lost more than 5 pounds to be perfectly honest. XD
