my mini goal is to get outta the 200s, which is like 10 lbs. I am eating healther and "trying" to excersize, though sometimes i dont have any energy to do so. But hopefully if i can drop 10 lbs i will feel more energized! And i am also doing a 20 lbs by april 1st.......So here i go!
I'll join you on that goal. At around 217-218 right now (219 if I'm going by MY scale... which is a pound or two higher due to the stupid floor)... so I have a bit more than you guys.... but I'll join you on that. Onederland... here we come!
Assuming my bad weekend hasn't totally sabotaged my loss, I have about 4kg to go. I anticipate reaching that in the first week of March (just in time for my birthday!). It's exciting looking at the calendar and knowing I have a goal and a plan.
I'm hoping to reach that mile stone as well this month. So close and yet so far. Let's do this girls!
