So, this week i haven't lost any, but i also haven't put any on. I'm exactly the same weight. I'm trying to look on the positive so i just had to get this off my chest. I've not been counting calories or following any specific plan, but i've been eating a wholefoods and non-processed diet (id say about 95% of my weekly diet in non-processed now), substituting old foods for more nutritious alternatives. I'm really enjoying this new way of eating, its been about a month now, and i feel it will be sustainable for the future. I haven't binged for 3 weeks which is a landmark achievement for me. And for the first time in my life i'm working out regularly at a sustainable rate.
So, that i havent put a single ounce on in a whole week, is a good thing to me!
Because it shows me i will be able to maintain/live on this new lifestyle.
I've read a lot of other readers hit plateaus at about this time, so maybe thats why i haven't lost. But ive decided to track all the food on daily plate this week so see exactly how many calories i;m eating and where i can make needed adjustments if need be. My goal was to loose 7lb in january, its now the 31st and i've lost that 7lb! Plus this week i've maintained that loss. I'm not really sure why im posting this, i guess id like to see your opinions on it? Especially from those who have been there and experienced all this. Im trying so hard to keep a positive mental attitude, because the second i start getting upset or angry i start eating and thinking 'whats the point in making an effort if i dont loose anything?', which has been my downfall in the past. Not this time though. I'm taking this as a good thing!
