Ande, Hi!
Pint, "I made an informed choice instead of a desperate one." I love this line, and I fully agree. Lifestyle change is about making these choices, something that you can sustain not deprive yourself and then feel totally like a loser when you do have something not totally "healthy".
Eury, taking pictures of your progress is a great idea. I still see the same person in the mirror (like no change) and when I took those pictures yesterday.. the comparison spoke for itself!
Diana, thank you!
Your day sounds so fun.. I have an appointment on friday to get my hair done.. but no Japanese.
It's so good, enjoy it!
Shells, Thanks! I feel embarassed accepting the pretty compliment... but thanks. I guess your day yesterday was filed under that topic we talked about a couple of weeks ago. Could you lose weight eating twinkies while maintaining under your calorie intake. Hey, those days are going to happen. Shake it off, and drink up! Congrats on your .4!
Krampus, the first thing to do is to stop beating yourself up. We are all going to make mistakes. Secondly, pick yourself up and keep making the effort.
Hi
Debbie! Good to see you back!
Lindsey, isn't it fun (NOT) trying to figure out our bodies and what it will take to get it to lose weight. So frustrating! Why not try a week of 1400 cal days and see what you're body has to to say about it!
Diana(LA), congrats on the loss girl! You're doing so well! I hear ya about being excited hitting a weight goal you haven't seen in years. I'm licking my lips and the thought of hitting the 220's!
A good week indeed and Amen to that! About the rate of your weightloss.. I wouldn't worry so early in the game.. it will balance out. Trust me!
Stacy, so sorry to hear of your friend. Cancer is an ugly thing. I feel like you exactly! I had someone last week (skinny minnie) give me the exact look over and going to provide me some pointers. I felt belittled and p'd off.
Vixsin, congrats on your whoosh!!
Lauren, thank you! I just love your cheerleader skills!
Roxanne, girl you sound swamped! Try to keep your head above water.. it's good to see you though!
Novelista, I think I know the type of battery your speaking of. Lithium? If so, you can get replacements.. go to a electronics store and bring the battery with you, so they can compare. Stay strong girl.. sometimes this journey seems impossible.. but you are getting healthier each day you choose a healthier diet and exercise. The scale is the devil.. because it doesn't measure what good you are doing on the inside as well as the physical weight loss on the outside.
Hi
Cincimini!
