Ugh, I hate that too. Even when I'm not dieting I don't eat a lot. It's just not my nature. So for me to drop my calories is nothing. If you're eating that much and don't feel any ill side effects (like dizziness, fetigue, etc) then it's obvious your body didn't need those extra calories to begin with.

Yeah I hate that too... but I hate it more when fat people tell me how I should eat!! I want to say "listen, if you know the "right" way to eat, why are you fat"? but I dont want to hurt their feelings, so I just mumble something and feel ashamed. I dont know why people just dont realise that everyone has to find a way that works for them and just because one way of eating works for someone, it may not work for someone else. this journey is hard enough as it is, so it annoys me when everyone feels like they have a right to comment!! So yes! I join you in your rant!!

I know how you feel. When I first started my "lifestyle," I explained to one of my relatives how it works (low-carb) and she freaked out. She started saying how bad it was for me. (I eat when I am hungry, but I limit breads and pasta.) I feel like telling her it's healthier than eating ice cream almost every night. (Obviously ice cream is my down fall)
