One thing I'm definitely going to do is get my first tattoo. I already know the design and the location- it's going to be a relatively large tattoo, taking up much of my right forearm. I've had this design in my head and the desire to do it for years, and now I know I'm going to get it in early January of 2012. It will be perfect timing- I'll have already reached my goal and maintained it for months(so I'll have no worries of it looking strange if my arm were to shrink a bit with more lbs lost) and I'll have the finances to get it done at a great shop with talented, professional artists. And, of course, I'll be legal for it, for it's going to be my 18th birthday present.
The reason I'm thinking of it as a reward for my final goal is that even when I thought of a potential tattoo when I used to be overweight, I always knew I'd wait until I was at a size I wanted to be before I'd get any ink. The design of choice is deeply meaningful and symbolic of a number of things to me, my weight struggles and then weight loss victories definitely included.
I want to buy a new wardrobe mostly from ModCloth.com
I love love love, the style of clothes on this site, but most of their clothes only go up to a size large and look like they are made for slender frames anyways.
When I'm feeling down I like to go to the website and drool.
The very first thing I'll do once I see "185" on the scale is sob for a long time and call my sister. I'm going to get certified as a Zumba instructor, flirt with guys my own age who aren't creeps A LOT and go buy new clothes.
buy lingerie. I don't own any lingerie atm, and have not bought any yet because i figure why spend money on something that i'm not going to wear very much and that i'm hoping won't fit for very long. To be honest, i kind of feel like once i lose the weight i want to lose, than i'll officially be worthy of walking into a racy store and buying something saucy to wear.
Also, i want to buy knee high boots. Like, tight leather ones. I've owned some in the past but never wore them because i never wore anything that showed too much leg (thus anything i wore would cover up most of the boots anyway), and they were way too tight around my calves.

Oh man, I do the same. I'm definitely buying a couple things from there when I get down to a single-digit size, though I don't think I could ever afford an entire wardrobe from that site.
I finally going to buy a pair of designer jeans, the kind that's measured in inches rather than an arbitrary size. I want to go shopping in Japan and buy something that actually fits. I want to get a new bathing suit. I want to go clubbing and hit on Japanese guys. Then I want to go back to high school and college reunions.
I want to get a tattoo of my daughter's name, but probably in it's original Gaelic spelling! And I would want it on the back of my neck or maybe my shoulder.
BUT! I'm a uh.... not very pain tolerant.
Someone once told me a tattoo feels like a bunch of cat nails puncturing you. I can deal with that.
And then my brother told me it felt like someone dragging a cigarette across your skin.. and I can't deal with that!
So... Yea, don't know if I'll ever get that fancy tattoo of my daughter's name. :'(
Mine is similar to IrishRose's but Forever21 instead. Their stuff is so cheap...but not built for me. And their plus size line is...bleh. Aha! I want to be able to go into a store and not have to make a bee line to the plus size section!

Oooh! That's a good one! I want to be able to look for clothes in the middle of the rack rather than reaching straight for the end. And I want to stop thinking, "I know this won't fit but I have to try it on to prove it to myself." I want to think, "This will fit so I've gotta see how great it looks!"
Another thing I want to do is buy a dress from modcloth.com the biggest size would probably fit me now but it wouldn't look good on me. That's a problem I have with cute clothes I can get them on but they don't look right. When I meet my 50 lb goal I will finally be able to wear one of those dresses.
