Yep, that old Nike slogan is really true! Just do it! In a way it really is that simple.
I've been trying to find my way back to healthy eating after the holiday upslide. If I'm being truly honest, I've slacked a lot since my vacation last July! My lowest weight was before the vacation, and although I haven't let go completely, my weight has slowly climbed upward since then. Not a lot, but enough to make me feel worried and uncomfortable with tight clothing again. I need to turn it around, now!
It's so easy to get back into a bad pattern. Then, like many people, I vow to do well, have a great day and eat poorly in the evening. WHY? Well, it needs to stop.
I've gotten back on track this past week and had a really great, on-plan weekend. It feels really good! I am going to get this thing back in the right direction.
So just do it....that's my advice. Lots of excuses not to do it, but just do it anyway. Just do it, and you are going to feel better.
