Hi everyone! Im 19 yrs old, 5'4 and i weigh 150 lbs. I really want to lose 10-15 lbs. by dec. 13th. I have no idea if this is a reasonable goal or not, so i need your help. I eat 1500 calories a day and my plan is to do cardio 30-45 min a day, 4 days a week, tae-bo advanced 3 times a week, and i do strength training 4 days a week also. Right now i do cardio for 30 min a day, 3 days a week. I usually do more but i just moved to Utah from Virginia and the elevation is 2000 higher and im trying to get used to breathing while running, hehe. Anyways, i would like to know if anyone thinks i can reach my goal, and more importantly, if anyone has the same goal and would like to be a buddy or something. Let me know!!
