Default what food can you NOT have in the house?

just wondering what foods people can NOT have in the house??

for me my big weakness is potato chips.. I cannot resist eating them if they are in the house.. and after potato chips, it'd be anything along the same lines - like flavoured crackers (bbq, chicken etc)...

Sour Cream & Onion Lays and Cheez-its. Most everything else I can show control, but those are just hard for me. Big triggers.

sadly, bread. I bought a little whole wheat loaf on Friday and it's almost gone. I'm counting every point but I can feel myself not being in control around it.

Plus, where there's bread, there's butter...

Lesson learned - not ready for bread in the house yet.

chocolate, cookies and microwave popcorn. When they are here, they are too quick and easy and I end up making bad choices. Out they went when I went back on plan.

Sour Cream and Onion Pringles and Flaming Hot Cheetos... What's weird is that I don't think they taste better than the Super Sinful Chocolate Cake or the Roasted Garlic and Cheddar beer bread on my counter right now (leftovers from holiday celebrations). However, I have very little problem having a small taste of things that genuinely taste deliciously sinful and then stopping. But, throw either one of those mediocre food items in front of me, and I don't stop until the bag/can is empty

Cookies... they destroy my life with their amazing power of deliciousness. My inability to resist them truly baffles me.

Black licorice. My addiction to it is scary. I don't have extreme control issues with any other food but I could take down a 5 lb tub of licorice in a day if (heaven forbid) one showed up in my house.

1) chips! Any kinds of chips. I will eat them. All.

2) Rice krispie treats with peanut butter/chocolate frosting. Thought I was being sweet and made them for my boyfriend. It was INSANE and scary the amount I was eating - like 4 at a time!! I told him I could never make them again.

Strangely though, I can keep ice cream, chocolate and even the peanut butter cups I make from scratch in the house and it doesn't bother me.

I'll second the black licorice! I can nibble on a chocolate bar and put it back. But a box of licorice will be gone in a day. I had to select other things to go with my oatmeal.

I'm having trouble with bread too. I tend to buy a nice multigrain loaf on the weekend to make turkey sandwiches for lunch, and then it sings my name the rest of the week ... it's especially hard to resist late at night.

I've taken to keeping it in the freezer, which unfortunately makes it a little less fresh and delicious, but also puts up a small barrier to reaching in and grabbing some. Sadly I'm not above shoving a couple slices in the toaster ... but at least having to do that gives me time to say "whoa!" and back away from the kitchen.

Nutella. That stuff is like crack for me. I used to buy it, and in less than 24 hours, the jar would be empty. Also, any other kind of chocolate, but Nutella is the worst for me.
