Default Mini Goal #1

Ok so I am setting myself a mini goal of 60kgs (currently at 64kgs / 141.1) I am giving myself until the end of January, I should be able to do it if I stay motivated, so please help me stay motivated guys!

Thanks for doing the pound conversion for us Americans.

Mini-goals are awesome and I think you can make it! Keep checking back here and maybe post your weekly weigh ins at this thread to keep it active. That way you can have some people cheering you on each week

You are doing very well, BECKI -- keep up the good work. MATT H. had a great suggestion there; use this thread to report your progress and that might help give you some more motivation. I'm sure those boys are a good motivation too; you want to have good health for them and yourself ...

We're here to support you, but I'd also like for you to remember that any loss is great. Many here will say that a commitment to staying on plan for a set number of days may serve you better. At your weight an almost 9 pound loss in a month is going to be difficult. It's different for everyone, but I'm near your weight, have had no off plan days, and have only lost 3 pounds this month. Of course I've been on this plan for almost a year, and weight loss slows down over time. Since you're just starting out, your weight loss will likely be faster than mine.

Sorry for rambling - I'm just trying to encourage you to stay on plan even if the weight loss is slower than you would like
