We're here to support you, but I'd also like for you to remember that any loss is great. Many here will say that a commitment to staying on plan for a set number of days may serve you better. At your weight an almost 9 pound loss in a month is going to be difficult. It's different for everyone, but I'm near your weight, have had no off plan days, and have only lost 3 pounds this month. Of course I've been on this plan for almost a year, and weight loss slows down over time. Since you're just starting out, your weight loss will likely be faster than mine.
