Your diet seems really samey and though you're not eating a whole lot, you're not getting very much nutrition in there. Lots of carbs, so try to balance it out with proteins, vegetables and fruits.

Also, thins like those yoghurts and rice cakes (unless they're totally plain) have a lot of hidden crap in them that you should watch out for.
