i've been struggling with my weight my whole life, i'm not extremely heavy but know that i have to lose a few (20) pounds for my health and self confidence. Today i am starting over (again) with calorie counting and moderate exercise.

HUGS and I'm glad your back too. OH and I am sure loosing that 20lbs can be just as if not more difficult than us who have 100lbs to loose. KUDOS to you and I KNOW you can do it....
