Welcome Back! I'm doing the same thing. Getting back on that wagon!
You ladies are my witness! My office closes at 2pm tomorrow, one of the things I'm going to do with that extra time is the 3mile WATP and I'm going to do the 2mile on Thursday, the 3mile Friday, Saturday. It's my bootcamp so to speak! I want to use this long week end to kick my own tukus back on the wagon. Yes I'll have apple pie and ice cream on Thanksgiving, but I'm going to load up on veggies and turkey too.
I WILL going to be in the 170's by Christmas!!!
