Good Evening All,
Since I was just sitting here I thought I would start a blog (or thread) my my weight loss goal and plan... I'm still working out the details but there are a few things that I know for sure.....
1. I'm tired of being, feeling, and looking fat!
2. I do not want to be a stick, but I do want to look good in my clothes without undergarment assistance.
3. I want to be able to move with ease without getting winded.
And the good thing is that I know what weight / size I need to be in order to achieve that.... and that magic number is......... 175..... which means I have about 70 pounds to loose.
Currently I am about 244 (which is the heaviest I have ever been) and I want to shed as much of this off my my 35th birthday (Sept 30).
30 mins elliptical 5-6 days
Incorporating breakfast and 2 snacks into my day (I only eat for fuel but apparently my body is starving)
Incorporating Meal Replacement shakes for breakfast and dinner during the week and eating sensible on the weekend.
So, my plan is to start December 1st. I will update my profile and this thread with my measurements at that time, my weight, and a current pic (I think the before and after pics will really help me stay focused even if I don't see the pounds, I hope to see the inches).
So, my mini goal is 35 pounds by April 2010.
