Hey everyone ! I've written on here a few times but this is a little different. I just recently moved to south FL from NY and I've been feeling super down. I chose to move here for certain reason but in doing that I had to move away from all my friends and family. I feel so down and I'm losing myself. I'm having a hard time controlling what I eat and I haven't worked out at all. Today was the first day in almost a month that I went swimming to try and get some fitness in. Is there anyone in the south FL area that might want to be a buddy/friend and help me get through this time ? It's hard being out here...feeling depressed. Every night I tell myself that tomorrow is going to be different and then I find myself the next night telling myself the same thing all over again because nothing changed. Someone....anyone...help.:(
