Okay so out of the 220's. Currently 218.
I have one day left of work and then we have a week off for a religious holiday. DIFFICULT. When I am running around like a mad woman it's easier to stay on target, but working from home during the break will be more difficult in terms of mindless eating. I am headed home to states in about a month and all my evil (but beloved) beautiful people await me. I was 206 when I went home last and all I need is 'oh you gained a little weight in the last year' looks.
So lets set an ambitious goal 214 before I go back to work on the 21st.
ALSO, I will do at least one pilates dvd every day I am home. They're only 30 min so its the least I can do.
