Are you hungry because you haven't eaten enough, or are you "hungry" because you're craving some specific food?

In either case, you're right--it's not an emergency--but if you're not eating enough you'll feel hungry a lot.

I need to just get through 1 or 2 days perfectly OP, asnd the momentum will gather, and it will get easier, ya know?

Count me in I'm starving today, I'm not sure why either. But right now it's almost 9:30 and I'm tired and I know anything I put I'm my mouth right now will lead to a binge. So I'm going to bed - right now!
