Ugh, I don't even want to share my current weight as of this morning. I had too much sodium yesterday... combined with starting running again last week after a bit over a month of not going. So my weight always freaks out a bit when I start running again... I'll just leave my cw at what it was last -

sw: 166
cw: 163
gw: 136

SW: 210
LW: 177.6
CW: 177.8
GW: 160's

Okay so in the span of a week I went as low as 176.4 and back up to the 180's and back down to CW. Last week I had one of those nights at work where I got so angry and frustrated, I was holding angry tears back and took it out on food later...bad bad night...worst since I've started.

BUT much good came out of it...I will NEVER do that again. I won't let myself be talked into "oh I'll just work it off". One night set me back so far it so wasn't worth it. Eating extremely cleanly has thank goodness brought me back down (but I refuse to change my ticker).

But who knows where my weight really is considering I'm sore from hours of yardwork AND TOM just started yesterday. Next week should be more accurate.

Hope everyone is having a good week!

So my weight is hovering around 166 today... I'm hoping it has to do with my running and my body trying to adjust. =/ I really want to do this, so I've just got to keep it my tippy top priority right now.

luddy - I've definitely had a day like that. sigh. At least now it's over and you can move on to better eating! You're doing great!! (and SO close to the 160s! wow!)

I'd like to join in on this challenge. I did restart on this board a few days ago, but I see this thread started 10-27 which is the exact day I began eating right and working out again. I was 319 and currently 300. My 1st goal is to be under 300 before Thanksgiving which is almost here and I wanted to be 290 by my birthday (12/23). So it's only 1 more pound I'll need to loose by then. I'm excited! I lost 9lbs in the past week, but would like to slow it down since the last couple days I've felt funny and especially last night and this morning feeling lightheaded.

I can't wait for Christmas

Luddy & stargzr, I am right there with you. I didn't even post my weight last Thursday because I was so mad that it was exactly the same as the week before. TOM started for me the next day too (which was a surprise since I am in the middle of my active birth control cycle so I guess it was TOM part 2). I hope I'm down for my weigh in tomorrow but all week I've felt like I've gained even though I'm following plan.

Here's to losses all around next week!

Great job Persicae and nikkster! You guys are totally on track. I would probably slow down a little too if I were you nikkster. A month or so ago I wasn't eating enough and I would get dizzy and cranky alot. Plus it made exercising harder. I've now worked up to about 1100-1200 calories a day and feel soooo much better!

I totally forgot to post on Monday.

Here are my current stats. I'm getting nervous about Thanksgiving, but since I am cooking I know which veggies I can eat without guilt.

SW: 268
CW: 255
GW: 238

17 lbs to go. Not sure if I will get there by Christmas, but I'll be super happy to be under 250 for the first time since 2001 if I can lose 5 more lbs.

Weighed in this morning... 152.8 lbs. So I'm 24.4 down, 5.6 lbs to go. Today is going to be a bad drinking day and tomorrow is going to be a bad eating day but hopefully I can kick butt the rest of the week and still lose next week.

Thanks for the kind words stargzr & Paloma...read them earlier this week and really appreciated it.

And 5.6 is totally doable even with a couple of off days, Paloma...great job!

My scale won't give me a straight answer to save my life this past week...today it was anywhere from 174.2-175.2 so I went with 175 even.
