Default I am without a scale and I hate it!

My old scale met it's demise this weekend. A gallon of paint got dropped on it and it was waaaay off after that. I have a new, awesome one on order but I don't have it yet. I am gonna miss my personal weigh-in tomorrow and it's really bothering me. I haven't eaten that badly this week. I went over one day for some unknown reason and last weekend when we painted the kitchen we resorted to eating take-out. Other than those days, things have been ok. Theoretically, I know that I probably haven't gained but I still feel uneasy about it. I am also concerned that my old dial scale was wrong and the new scale will show me as heavier than I thought and thus, I will have another setback on my weight loss goal.

Anyway, I just checked the tracking and I won't get my new scale for a few more days so I'll miss the biggest loser challenge weigh-in too. I knew I should have gotten the express shipping...

I just moved from OK to NC. When i was in transit i didnt have my scale for 4 months... this was the worst time of weight loss for me. I gained 6 pounds that I had worked so hard to lose.. I finally have my scale back and things are back on track...

I am glad you have been able to keep your diet steady... wish it had been the same for me...
