Red face Mini Goal for November 1st

I am hoping to be under 200 lbs by November first! Already lost 12.8 lbs since October 4th, so I should be close to goal!

11 pounds in 12 days? I'm not sure that's very healthy. What does your plan look like?

I'm only starting out too, I know it's hard to get a handle on what's realistic for our bodies.

I'm actually seeing a weight loss doctor, so it is a heavily supervised program. I go in for weekly evaulations to make sure everything is ok. I am taking weekly Lipo B injections and phen every day, while also following the diabetic diet(1200 calories max per day and 110 carbs max per day) and a healthy workout regime. I also drink at the very least 64 ounces of water per day, typically I double that. Also, I write EVERYTHING I eat down in a food journal, which the exception of Sunday's, my cheat day. The results have been amazing, though I have been a little bit of a sceptic myself, though as my mom puts it, "if those people on the biggest loser can lose 30 pounds a week under doctor supervision, then it's ok if you lose 10 under doctor supervision." If you have a doctor nearby who specializes in wellness and weight loss, I highly recommend checking them out... it truly is lifechanging!

Good luck with your weigh loss journey!!! It seems you are off at a great start as well!!!!

Oh okay, well I'm glad you're getting medical supervision!

I have to ask, is it Dr. Bernstein? My old boss that lost 150 pounds in 8 months on that plan! Be warned, though, maybe her organs are still in tact but she has piles of loose skin (arms, legs and, sadly, even her face). Although, maybe that's because she didn't start exercising until she got to her goal?

Are you working out?

You go girl! I think that may be a realistic goal- at least for the first few weeks of a diet. It always tapers off and gets tougher, but if your doctor gave you the green light- I say go for it!

I'm also hoping to hit Onederland by November 1st! (I have about 4-7lbs to go and it's just driving me crazy. I swear the scale is just playing mind games with me with the fluctuations.)
