Welcome to the site. I've been here for about a month and have found it to be very helpful. It's nice to have people kickin' your butt when you backslide. But the most important thing is to be honest. If you mess up and you don't tell anyone or you fib about it, you're not helping yourself. I post over in the Buddy Forum in the "Journey to Babeville" thread. If we don't exercise or eat pizza and slip we let each other know. The encouragement helps to instill a sense of righteousness when we hop back on the band wagon.
Tonight I have to go to the gym.... And I'm gonna do my darndest to get there.
What are your goals? What have you been doing to lose the weight? I'm on the no rabbit food but exercise regularly plan. It seems to be working for me.
