So I gained 24 pounds back in a year after losing approximately 94 pounds. I feel kinda sick, I know some is muscle, but some is also fat. I need more discipline, I just love food too much. I work out all the time though and still managed to gain 24 pounds...

I'm sorry you are feeling sick over this, I hope you turn it around into positive determination that you refuse to go back down the path you've come from after working so hard to achieve what you have.
(are you sure too that it's not muscle since you are working out all the time?)

hang in there, sometimes changing all these habits and mindsets takes a couple of tries and renewed efforts. You're not alone in regaining after a loss.

You stopped before you regained everything. There's something to be said about that sort of self-awareness. All isn't lost. Just get back on plan, and you'll see those pounds relost in short order.

Thanks , I know I gained muscle because all my lifts increased substantially most doubled, some like my deadlift tripled in weight I'm using now from a year ago. However, my jeans I wore when I was 20 pounds lighter don't fit me now

*looks around* I'm not the only one who fell down?

So you fell down! Get back up and march on! None of us are perfect.

If we were perfect, we wouldn't be here.

I'll tell you, no one knows better than I that you can't out train a bad diet. I've been there—for years. But, hey, you've put on the brakes and are getting back on track. And you've learned a valuable lesson about exercise versus calories, too. Seriously: that is a huge lesson—one that, as I say, took me quite some time to learn. In fact, I'd say it took me 20 years of weight lifting and cardio to learn that. So you are ahead of the game in my book.
