So I started my weight loss journey back on September 9th and have continued with my daily calorie counting and workouts. My beginning weight was 163.3 pounds and my current weight is 148.8 pounds — I've lost 14.5 pounds!
For those of you that might be interested, my way of being "motivated" is to take photos of myself at the end of every week on Sunday. I see
huge differences and it's enough to keep me on track to achieve my ultimate goal. Once I reach the required amount of post counts, then I'll make a new thread sharing some of those photos.
Anyway just super excited! Watching what I eat and working out everyday is totally paying off! And what's better, this is going to be a lifestyle change I can keep up with once I reach my goal :]
