Thanks for all the well wishes everyone!

I am an all or none personality. If I don't switch over everything at once it will never get done!

I know that I won't burn out on the exercise because I do love to do it. I just have to do it almost everyday. If I take too many days off I will quit all together.

I know what I am in for because I have done this before!!

Back in my early 20's I was in a bad relationship and I went from 130lbs to 190lbs. I was eating to make myself happy. That's when I started eating healthy and going to the gym the first time. In 6 months I went from 190lbs to a strong and toned 135lbs. I maintained for 3 years until I got married and had kids.

I have done this before so I know I can do it again! I just don't have as much free time or a personal trainer this time around!!! In a week or two I am going to start getting up at 4am when my DH gets up for work. Then I can get my workout done before the kids get up.

I too am an all or nothing person. When I hear of baby steps, which I know works beautifully for others, it makes me personally want to cringe, because I know just how poorly that would have worked for me.

But there's all or nothing, than there's ALL OR NOTHING!! You my dear, with your homemade pasta and bread (which I still urge you to watch as they're calorically dense) are most certainly ALL OR NOTHING!!!

What a wonderful challenge and opportunity for growth. But please be open to tweaking as need be. I look forward to hearing of your progress.
