In two weeks I'm off to Korea for a few days and I'm worried at how this will have an affect my diet. I've heard from friends that because the food is so cheap, you'll want to eat and eat. And I'm terrible when it comes to things like buffets, so the idea of cheap food scares me. I'm worried I'll cave-in too easily at the idea of trying everything because I can buy it and because I want to try it.
I know I'll be on my feet all day, but food is food. And I don't think there will be a calorie labled menu in many of the shops and restraunts.
I've also heard Korea is the place for BBQ and beer.
Luckily, I don't like beer, but I do like BBQ.
Any tips, ideas or suggestions.
