i went to help my best friend assist in her bake sale for "walk for autism" today...well i maned the station while she worked, so it was me and my 14 yr old and 2 huge tables full of donuts cakes candy bars rice crispy treats tarts, you name it it was there, and there was NOTHING for me to do, so i ate a banana and dident touch the rest even though it was free to me. and i was there for 2 1/2 hours it wasn't easy but i got through it!

steelers fan - don't let it get you down! tomorrow's a new day and a new start.

nicolewoods1 - that's AWESOME! i struggle with self control when there are treats right in front of me. good for you for saying no. being able to say you turned down something unhealthy can be a lot more rewarding than the food itself!

Glad to see us hanging in there. Even when we think we don't have anything to be proud of, we can write that we haven't given up and/or that we see where we can improve.

I got up early and wasn't a grouch! LOL That's pretty big for me.

I took most of the cupcakes I baked to a lady and her kids down the street.

I didn't flip out when the dog peed on my slippers.

That's it so far.

Bump.

RRJS - I fell off the wagon with you. I really had to reach to find some pride over the weekend.

But this is a new week and we'll do better starting NOW.

What a great idea!

I passed up the Chick-Fil-A drive thru this morning and had a bowl of oatmeal and an apple at work instead.

I fit into a pair of size 18 pants, AND a 16, though not comfortably.

I didn't go to McDonalds...and it crossed my mind. OK, it lingered on my mind for quite a while. I didn't do it, though.
