Hi All! just joining... a bit late, but when I saw the "30 lbs till Christmas" I just HAD to jump on board. That's my exact goal, and I know I'm going to need support getting there!

SW:181 (last Monday)
CW:171 (thank you South Beach!)
GW:141 - my eventual goal weight is somewhere under 130, but I'd be thrilled to hit 141 by Christmas!!

this is great! A thread for the 30lb run! Well, actually I still need 35 lbs...hope I'm not too late joining in! If I can join, then I am currently 235 and would like to be 200 by Christmas, or like the last day of December.... it's my new year's resolution...I've been flipping around in the 230's and 220's so long now!! My new year's resolution was 50lbs!

To think, I could have been there by now if the food didn't get to me so much

anywho I'm in if you'll have me!

Hi everyone! I'd love to join the 30 lb challenge. I'm new to the forum (and to dieting), but I think the "pressure" is really going to help me.

SW: 280 (I'm not 100% sure about this as I've used a new scale today and it seems my old one made me lighter than I really was)
CW: 271 (this is my weight today according to the new scale)
GW: 240

I really need to kick my but in gear, and make myself work out at home, I'm currently having, lets say dissagrements, with my gym, so I am boycotting them, and switching to a different one, but I can't actually start going there untill Oct 14th because I had to give 1 months notice to my current gym, And I have been HORRIBLE about working out at home. Some one needs to give me a swift kick in de bum. lol.
