Recommitting Today
For the past month, I have lost ZERO pounds, I keep going up and down the same 2 lbs, and Saturday night I had a full melt down. I said to my hubby, why do I have to try sooooooo hard to lose weight? I have been working out 1 hour per day for 6 days per week and eating between 1600 and 2000 cals per day. I am still quite heavy, so I should be losing weight, what's wrong with me?
Well, yesterday I saw someone who was in school with me last year and she exclaimed, you've lost weight!!!! I felt so good, despite only losing 35 lbs in 1 year, I feel great. I am recommitting today and trying 1400 calories (I think this will take care of any miscalculations on my part) and workout 30-45 mins per day. Let's see how this goes.
