Default 9 pounds loss
in my first week!!!! i know i know most of it is water weight but im still just floored, i was sooo scared to get on the scale this morning, because it has just went up in the past almost 2 years even when i was trying to lose weight, but i wasn't this committed plus i have a great plan and am monitoring what im doing.
i wanted to post this on the Monday weigh in thread but couldn't find it
im gonna sit back and just enjoy this today. who knows what next week will bring.. but one things for sure... im staying on plan!!

Even if a portion of that 9 pounds is water weight...it was extra water you were lugging around that you didn't need!
