So I gained 1.5lbs, I guess I picked a bad weekend to go clubbing with the girls, Guess i'll just have to tell them im not going out again for a while, lol.

I was supposed to weigh in yesterday but forgot!
Took my first high intensity aerobics class at the gym this week, which kicked my butt. However, it was worth 2 lbs lost!

I guess what I'm gonna do or actually doing is no soda or candy, exercise for at least 30 minutes everyday, eating whole foods and lots and lots and lots of delicious and water
Hi ladies, it looks like everyone is doing great! I don't weigh in until tomorrow but I don't think it's going to be great. I also feel like I might be setting myself up for disappointment with 30 lbs in 20 weeks so I am changing my goal to 20 lbs in 20 weeks.
