I do reward myself every 20 pounds by tossing old baggy clothes into a garbage bag!
Sounds silly but it is very rewarding to watch my shape change and the weight come off. For every 5 pounds I get an ice vanilla coffee (even sillier) to just pep me up and I'm good to go and reach my next 5 pound goal! I also take a photo after every 30 pounds and post it on my calendar. I weigh myself every Sunday and every Thursday then post on the same calendar what I weigh. It is very helpful and makes me accountable!
