I am new here as well. I see that two of your kids are 9, so I can only assume twins...? I also have twins. Mine are boys, age three. I am still packing around all the weight I gained with them, plus about 10 more pounds. That puts me at 236. Yuck.
What are you doing to lose? Here's my plan: 30-45 minute walk everyday (or as often as possible), limiting my carbohydrates, yoga in the a.m., and suppressing my love for fast food.
