As long as we learn from our mistakes and start new the next day it is good.
I went to Ryans after a doctors appt with wonderful lab results and ate what I thought was pretty good. Got home and counted up the calories and I had eaten over 1400. I tried this again after about a week or so and ate 500 calories, less carbs and was full and satisfied.
Like I said if we can learn from our mistakes.........

I never learn from my food mistakes.
I have no clue what it is, but one night
I can eat spaghetti and the other night
I could eat pizza and still manage to be
between 141 - 143. I should stop though
before it gets worse.
